Enhancing Good Health in the Community

Groups and corporations can arrange for us to come to their place of work and put on an educational talk. Doctors and therapists from our facility volunteer in partnership with the Foundation for Welness Professionals, a national not for profit organization of health care providers committed to enhancing good health in the community.

All of our services are provided at no charge to area groups and companies. There is no charge whatsoever to groups or participants for any of our programs.

All of our presentations are relaxed and low stress. Participants will not be solicited.

We are a frequent presenter on a variety of health related topics: chair massage, portable bone density screenings, nutrition workshops, anti aging seminars, stress management workshops, and workshops on women's health issues. These programs, presented throughout the country, are designed to help each individual become more relaxed and aware of their own health. We can customize any of these one hour programs for your teacher's in-service days.

We provide the lunch for the employees who sign up! Some of our topics include “The Science of Nutrition”, “Sitting On The Job”, and “Posture Workshop”. We also provide 10 minute chair-massage events. Call our Woodward Medical office for more information: 630-985-4700.

These programs do satisfy the Federal Mandates for Childhood Nutrition Act when presented in our schools. When we educate an educator, we educate a child.

Across the country companies are implementing programs to help employees become healthier and more productive. Our events emphasize prevention as a key to good health. Providing massage, bone density screenings and workshops can help increase health awareness in participants.
